Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to Fortune Group are non-refundable. Once a project or service has commenced, we dedicate time, effort, and resources to achieving your goals. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for any payments made under any circumstances, including:

  • Unused service portions.
  • Dissatisfaction with results (we collaborate with clients throughout the process to ensure alignment with expectations).
  • Project cancellations by the client.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellation by the Client:

    • If you wish to cancel a project or service, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
    • For ongoing or recurring services, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated charges will be offered.
  2. Service Cancellation by Fortune Group:

    • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if the client fails to comply with the terms outlined in the agreement. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
