5. Performance Guarantees

While we architect highly synchronized and optimized customer acquisition systems based on historical campaign analytics, you acknowledge that performance marketing outcomes (e.g. CPL, ROAS, conversions) are subject to external market variables and platform algorithm changes. Fortue Group makes no categorical guarantees of absolute revenue gains.

In no event shall Fortue Group be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our website, automation systems, or strategic services.
